“Achieving inner silence is a good goal, but it is much more difficult and more essential to learn how to use it for your good!”

No matter how incredible the achievements from practices may seem, over the years, it comes the understanding that you are still at the initial stage. And this stage is not wanting going to end at all in the foreseeable future.

And you start to wonder how many hundreds of years it will take you to collect information bit by bit and test it to achieve something really worthwhile. Well, the author tried to save your time and described in sufficient detail in his books a long section of the path overall to all practitioners and many solutions to complex, accompanying questions.

In the books, you will find information about stopping thoughts and inner silence, profound meditations, free energy, energy perception, intention, and perception of the world as practitioners see it, and many other topics that few people talk about.

The project was never positioned as a commercial one and was created from the heart for my friends and me. Born on April 1, 1981, at 16:10, in the Kyiv, Ukraine

My basic education is a microelectronics engineer capable of developing and programming microprocessors and microcontrollers.

Concerning my work experience, I am a self-taught graphic and motion designer 2D, 3D.

By my mentality, I am is close to software architects and chief technologists, which allowed me to be at the helm of software development projects.

Picky about the little things because I consider some of them essential for implementing the global plan of action.

I am lazy enough, and therefore I am ready and can give my all and create something new and advanced, to do nothing later.

My curiosity is stronger than laziness. If I’m interested, it’s not difficult for me to overcome laziness, get up and start exploring something new.

Well, the reason why you ended up here and are now reading this text is a consequence of my hobby, the history of which you will read in the Experience section.

According to the site’s topic, it makes sense to describe only my knowledge base, which allowed me to write books.

Well, in my youth, I was interested in the topic of magic and esotericism. I even managed to buy a book on magic by Eliphas Levi. I sincerely read it, and the first thing that came into my young head after reading it was: “What the hell? Are you serious?”
Later, books on astrology fell into my hands. These were too tricky books for a teenager.

And in 1995, the books of Carlos Castaneda fell into my hands, whose seeds of knowledge fell into fertile soil.

Two years later, in 1997, I already confidently stopped my thoughts and tried to understand what is hidden under the word “Intention”.

The internet and communities of practitioners were poor in those days. So everything was studied only independently, without the opportunity to discuss incomprehensible topics.

At the same time, my environment was interested in neurolinguistic programming (NLP). As a result, I explored this theme and extracted what was helpful in it for practice.

In 2001, the quality of the Internet and communities of practitioners reached a new level, so in 2002 I wanted to stay on one of the forums.

After talking with several hundred practitioners, it became clear why magic seemed to me nonsense many years ago. It turned out that humanity had long proven that rituals have no meaning.

The difference in the results depended only on the quality of the imagination and the ability of the medium to concentrate on the future result of the ritual. And certainly never devils and monsters from the magic circle did not appear and did not escape. Although in fiction works and art, it looks gorgeous and excites the mind. Moreover, this was proved by the biggest fans of magic rituals which did not stint to buy up all manuscripts and books on magic available to humankind and check them all.

In 2002, I came across a book about tensegrity – magical passes. After reading and trying everything, it became clear that something works. Still, something does not work at all or radically different from practitioners’ feedback, who regularly attend the seminars.
Since something works, I had to ask questions. How can this be done more efficiently? Are there any analogs?

Therefore, looking through the ways, the author was able to find something more effective only in Qi-gong and Tai Chi. At that time, it was not possible to make friends with yoga because the yoga communities somehow reacted very sharply and aggressively to beginners’ questions.

In 2004, the need to write books was ripe. Communicating with many people, I began to understand well that I was literally lucky to slip through the eye of a needle thanks to my tediousness and curiosity. And not everyone is so lucky.

In 2008, the writing of books began.

And in 2014, I managed to get to the yoga festival, which made it possible to touch yoga personally. At seminars and group practices, I understood that I could get even more benefit from it than from Qi-gong if you apply all the knowledge and experience gained earlier.
